What a load of shits!
4-5 times returns for IPO investors eh... Is he stupid or he thinks the market is stupid? The share price has never traded near 80c after the announcement. If he really redeploys all the cash into other junior projects, it's not surprising share price drifts lower to ipo price over the next few years.
I know my vote doesn't mean anything as a tiny shareholder, but if he doesn't say it clearly cash will be returned to shareholders, I am definitely gonna vote "NO!" on the deal.
