This is the first time I have invested in a stock which has not risen to 5% +/- of the intended sell price!
There is literally a value that has been put on this stock by the purchaser and yet we trade way under the sale price…
either massive manipulation to buy up disgruntled shares being sold to make a cool % gain or this has become a complete POS of a stock.
The sale price is way lower than the resource warrants. And yet we are trading at way lower than the dog of an offer we received…..something fishy here!

We are virtually trading at the stock price prior to the announcement, as if we have no formal offer at all….madness
