Didn't realise this was already announced, thought it may have LTM making the offer, but nope..
Unfortunately not a great deal though, 86.5c a share still leaves a number of holders under. Was hoping for 150m AUD mininum and that would have still been a bargain, and I think LTM would have eventually offered that, but ah well it is what it is.
