Ann: Sale of Solaroz Lithium Project for A$97 Million, page-67

Hello. I don't follow this company (but too bad i sold my shares for a big loss) but the original prospectus says they were to pay US$6,590,000 for the asset, which might be around $9.5M, although the last balance sheet shows AUD$6M in acquisition costs therefore possibly the vendor was paid also in shares. The last balance sheet shows $21M in exploration costs. I don't know but say reduce by $4M to $6M for graphite. Possible total costs around $22M. Possible profit is $75M. Possible tax around $19M. Therefore possible sale proceeds of around $78M or 70 cents per share. These are only guesses.
