We do not know at this stage as what will pan out.
my theory like we all have one may just be.
1-pick one project and concentrate on that which seems to be graphite.
2-kick start that project with a lot of money at bank.
3-project is in a mining and processing friendly jurisdiction country and state back home.
4-Gov is willing to spend on green energy hand outs to support especially home grown companies.
5- In my opinion i think they may be looking favourably in this direction and looking at some back stops at the same time to try and keep all happy,just my thoughts.
