Sale of Tarmoola Pastoral Lease
Asra advises that negotiations for the sale of the Tarmoola Pastoral Lease to Red5 Limited (ASX:RED)(Red5) continue to progress well. Both parties are working constructively towards a transaction and inorder to allow terms to be finalised, the exclusivity period has been further extended to 31 August 2024.
The Tarmoola Pastoral Lease underlies Red5’s flagship King of the Hills Gold Mining Operations andadjoining exploration licenses. Red5 Limited paid a sum of $250,000 non-refundable deposit for anexclusivity period
