Best case would be $4-4.5 million maybe. 3 million would be incredibly cheap and adds no value to the land since they bought it. Carhill or whatever that other million dollars asset was made up of excavators can just be auctioned off. As mentioned earlier the water rights etc would be valuable to RED. I'm holding/trading Red since it was 14 cents so I'm a bit biased, if it keeps the lights on here it's better than losing all our money. The new MD of red, Scrooge Mctonkin from SLR is a notorious tight arse who doesn't like taking to anyone so it's going to be interesting to see how they went dealing with him.
