    TPLO I like the this bit "The parties have agreed to work together to complete the Transaction, which will likely see Due Diligence completed in late May, with the objective of finalising the Transaction by the end of July 2015" sounds like MRV are very keen to take this over very quickly, details of the transaction would of been nice but I'm sure they will eventuate soon. Also keen to hear what the funds will be used for.
