Chris, I don't see anything wrong with the statement. AGS were anticipating that they would win back 100% through a court case. Clearly, as of June 30th, that anticipation was no longer there hence the actions that followed.
By AGS presuming that they would win back 100%, their share/value would've been a bloody lot higher than what it is with the current 25%, meaning for ITOCHU to "buy in", we would've received a lot more, which was expected to fund a standalone plant.
As recent history shows, management got it wrong. Or did they?
Time will tell.
