My understanding is in the JV Heathgate has first option on purchasing the 25% held by AGS if they decide to sell. AGS has said the strategic alliance doesnt affect their responsibilities to the joint venture. I cant see how Itochu could out rank Heathgate in a sale. But this is my impression from what I have picked up over the years reading HC.
