I don't think it is a practical proposition for us to consider appointing a director at this stage in the game. It is looking like the deal will be done and dusted by the November AGM.
I supported the sending of the letter but the outcome was as expected. That is why I was in favour of calling an EGM with very carefully crafted resolutions. These resolutions needed a very experienced legal mind to word them in such a way that the Board had a minimum of wiggle room at the EGM.
In my view the shareholders have done their dough. Our only hope of salvaging something from this fiasco is to call an EGM.
