I think the offer would be higher than 50 cents, probably up to a dollar at a pure guess. IG would want a good pay out as well. I am a bit crook at the moment, probably tension. I would think ACE would be good buying at levels significantly higher than present AGS share prices, it would be a worry if Itochu didnt take their option. Quasar would be a subsidiary of Heathgate if it absorbed ACE.
I cant see a conspiracy AGS/Quasar, why would they need one? Quasar could buy ACE no questions asked. I can see a lot of leads suggesting something arranged between AGS and Itochu which I suspect are in fact misleading but never the less some looks wrong. Again why the conspiracy, to circumvent Quasars right of purchase for ACE?
