I agree with your sentiment 100% HB. Hang on until conditions improve. Why would we want to support Neal's golden rule of "buying straw hats in winter"? Especially now that the green shoots of spring and summer are starting to appear in the U sector.
The cash burn is a worry and in my view it's more the reason we're up for sale (a hard headed business one) than the company's lack of control. Have we ever had control?
If we do succeed in selling ML6402 (the Four Mile project) for a good price its curious that we'll still have Exploration Lease 5017 in a JV with QSR, unless that's part of a settlement. Looking back over the tenement maps I thought it interesting that EL 5017 abuts the Paladin - QSR JV, which is in an even poorer ratio than our's (80:20).
