We can appoint a director at an EGM, and remove one of the existing board members. The good news is that it would be a simple copy n paste job as there are a plethora of EGM notices from other companies looking to do just that so it could be fired off fairly quickly.

They had an opportunity to clarify financials but chose not to take it. Are we making money or not? Is there a southern deposit or not? Can we sell our own share of the uranium or not?

And this ITOCHU deal is really starting to stink.
