I wouldn't get my hopes up too high. Last years AGM notice was sent out at the end of October, just 4 weeks before the AGM which was held on Friday 29 November 2013.

I am not anticipating anything sooner than the end of October, as I fully expect management will wait until the very last minute.

Even then, will anyone even want to buy into 25% of a problematic JV? Is there a Plan B if there is no sale? What if we run out of cash before a sale can be negotiated? Is there a Plan C? Does any of these plans consider ALL shareholders?
