I would like to know how does management of a company over so many years do so many deals that have these special confidentiality clauses, surely there is a clause now with disclosure that management cannot enter into such agreements without fully disclosing the details agreed to the market. Going back to the announcements on the original farm out agreement with Quasar there is zipo that I can find in disclosure as to what was actually agreed but a few throw away lines that a 75/25 deal and must spend so much over so many years but I now read the exact details from back then are now confidential. Why?
