one of my questions which no one seems to have caught onto relates to our staged commencement of mining operations.

the following has been reported:

"quasar has described the start-up plan as a staged commencement of mining operations, the purpose of which is to permit actual production rates to be considered before full-scale production facilities are constructed."

is there still something bigger to come with regard to output from four mile?

it looks like there are huge plans for four mile.
