Hi Sludge
From my personal point of view, I was never much interested in the gold. I entered AGS purely for B4M. So when they flipped Maldon, I didn't much care. After all, they kept a percentage for any possible upside. As it's turned out, it's all been downhill for ORS.
Who knows how many more shares outstanding there would be now if AGS developed Maldon. I'm glad they didn't.
Similarly now, I'm not interested in Chile or any other project. So, yes I agree, we've waited long enough! Almost all sale proceeds should be returned to shareholders. And if we don't get it, we should make our feelings known in no uncertain terms. I can't see any reason for not holding an EGM in those circumstances & attempting to unseat the board.
