you are correct in that it looks good for general atomics atm. profit on the 75% and tolling revenue on the 25%.

but if alliance's profits exceeds the tolling fee then it would be better for general atomics to own four mile outright.

the uranium market is expected to improve therefore eventually this ags profit thing will beat this tolling thing and this is why general atomics would want the other 25% and should pay a premium.
