KC - whatever we believed at the time share holders voted in the affirmative for the itochu "strategic alliance". We thought that the SP would be very much higher on the back of positive announcements.
Maybe it will prove to be a strategic alliance for Q if the DSRs can be transferred with "company consent" - as may be possible "in limited circumstances". ..
