Good point 3gb.
If AGS had won back the other 75% then Q/H's 'pre-emptive right' is null and void so they'd be free to sell 40% to anyone.
On the other hand, since we didn't win back 75%, a pre-emptive right to Q/H would have to void the Itochu agreement?? We really have to hope like heck there is a pre-emptive right in this instance I suspect.
Maybe our board weren't as dumb as first thought??
