Despite earlier today calling for an EGM in hindsight I tend to agree with your thoughts on holding off for now. Your above proposal sounds like a good way forward before getting to the EGM stage.
Like many others I do however have concerns about the implications on the Itochu deal and it would be nice to get some clarification from managment on it.
