Good point MD, they aren't getting AGS shares. But our holding of our major (only) asset would get diluted so the AGS share price would still drop accordingly.
I can't understand why they have given it to Deloitte to sell when ITOCHU and Heathgate have first option over it. It doesn't matter what anyone else offers, I and H can block it.
