As Moseley has posted unless we Shareholders know the true size of the Resource(B4M) then how can we vote on a Sale price.

There is nothing stopping AGS atm disclosing that to the Market and with that Shareholders.
Its proper disclosure bound by the ASX rules and nothing imo in the J/V Agreement could possibly stop it !

If our Directors are wanting some fairness for Shareholders they should make it a priority to release the size of the Resource that will be considered for the Sale. asap imo

That would at least alleviate some concerns we have.

It appears the date is set for the vote on the Sale. The next AGM.

Its a set up. imo
