depending on how the OTA was written......
would be great if there was a compulsion on SYA to supply at price but also a requirement on PLL to receive and therefore the remedy for any breach would be compulsion to perform or penalties or in lieu, nullification - and wouldn't that be the best outcome for all.
let's just waiting and see.
