This is correct.
If PLL isnt taking "113,000 or 50%" then they simply break terms of OTA.
Where was this stated that they arent taking and paying for their share of NAL spod?
Would be an interesting development, I havent heard that happening yet.
Perhaps SYA can start acquiring PLL share of NAL if this is the case. Use market value of NAL at date of commencement for non-payment and then start deducting the spod price cap in the offtake from their share of the valuation.
