Well OTA is to secure a buyer of the end product so that the financing to get the project moving along can happen.
All my point was is that on the OTA it lists them as a BUYER not a potential, elective or optional buyer. An if acquiring companies could do this ie its just an entitlement and im not forced to buy, it kind of defeats its purpose is all im saying.
So I just dont see it as an option of PLL and it would have consequences on the entirety of the OTA.
