I know you said why buy if no seller.

But by the same token why should it be any different to say me purchasing a house on a loan.

Hypothetically, I cant up and walk away from my contractual obligations if I lose my job to service the loan. Risk is therefore worn from both parties. So from that end it to me means PLL will have to contractually oblige, Otherwise I say again, what risk has PLL taken in this deal? Nothing operational, nothing if the market is good, and assuming what you said of no one to onsell to therefore no requirement to buy. No risk if the market is bad.

That deal would to me be criminal and should never have been signed off on by our board. Thats if this is the case.

The PLL offtake is with themselves. (25% SYQ)
Why would they argue with themselves? Hey, SYA own 75% but we all have all along said that Keef looks to be running the show. He had the money.
