Yes the KP question, I think a black and white "yes we do have to take it" would be a good, easy to dismiss answer. As i said that dialogue in the transcript was a bit vague. But if it was before the strategic review, he could have been uncertain due to the possibility of a C&M period.
I also feel that there could be flexibility in the offtake, if PLL dont make the sales then SYQ can sell part of their alotment which would still be money in the bank for PLL (as interest in SYQ)

One thing we have to face and you said it yourself a couple of posts a go...SYA got done over by a better businessman. Part of me thinks that BL was happy to let it be that way and has got what he wanted. But that discontent between SYA and PLL holders is here and will remain for the eternity of the offtake. Only an action of devine generousity from Keef is ever going to take it away.

Its probably one of the main reason why both our companies are belted to the living sh*thouse share-price wise.
