Piedmont (25%) and Sayona Mining (75%) are JV partners to Sayona Qubec (Abitibi Hub), for all things related to NAL, Authier, Jourdan, Tansim etc.
Piedmont is not involved in anything to do with Sayona Nord (Northern Hub) for all things related to Moblan, Troilus etc.
The annc says Sayona Mining (SYA) selling our stake in Troilus, and not Sayona Quebec? Hence, nothing to do with Piedmont.
