NAV: 1.1 ( basically they sold it slightly bellow the last NAV 1.13)
transaction costs and taxes $30 million: 8%
After transaction costs and fees...
Its kind of unfair for existing holders to bare these costs. Ideally they should have sold NEW slightly above the NAV to help cover these costs.
$41 million to pay debt
$17 million retained for company operating costs - delisting ect?
expected total return (max is 0.98 ) per share which is roughly 14% bellow the NAV.
This really sucks for long time holders, you would only be well off if you bought recently - within the last two years.
