What dividend do you think they can sustain now that they sold the Australian assets and half of MS2? Before it was around 7K a year
Would it be around 5K a year ( 30% reduction? )
I would have been happy putting in money into this especially with the large discount to the NAV so long as the price stays 15-20% bellow the NAV. I viewed it like a solar bond.
But I suppose interest rates are rising so theoretically fixed income assets and their proxies should be worth less, because the risk free return from savings accounts are rising. When interest rates go up, fixed income assets are worthless.
So maybe its a good deal for recent new investors.
