I see the Zlatusha sale of up to 75% to Velocity Minerals has now completed and has been announced by Velocity on the TSX. (Friday).
The original Letter Agreement was amended and has now finally received TSX Venture Exchange approval.
Raiden has now received C$220,000 in Velocity Shares at a deemed price of C$0.1625 in lieu of C$100,000 in Velocity shares and a cash payment of C$100,000 within 10 business days of TSXV approval as per the original agreement.
