Ann: Sale of US Subsidiary, page-13

So, I wonder what sort of time frame we are dealing with here ?
Will they send out a prospectus for new investors or does our holdings just wind up in a new Company with a different name ?
Information Please!

Given the recent announcements and the small amount of information given, perhaps they could rename the company 1/4 Page.
It would obviously take up to much time and effort to write a full 1 page in the announcements.
