I'm still keeping watch on Boral and laughing for selling at $2.90 when I knew it was $5 pre crash hahaha.
This sale is fine the joint venture wasn't really working out so they are selling it and focussing on their core business.
For holders the sharebuy back means it's going to jump in price which it already is this morning.
Long term the sale of USG will just simplify their business / make it easier to operate etc so it's a positive.
