re: Ann: Sale of VDM Construction (Eastern Op... Who did they sell it to? I can't see why they wouldn't be able to tell us, as they did with the sale of Como and Cape Crushing. Likewise for the major contractual dispute. Now they've been removed from site it surely can't be commercial-in-confidence. I can understand why they wouldn't go into details but I can't see why they don't name the other party. As its a big contract then the likely contenders are pretty limited.
