I don't understand the price movement.
The way I see it:
1) Amcom was about right-priced at the pre-merger-proposal level of around $2.
2) Merger deal is dead with no prospect of resurrection.
3) Vocus have taken a (nice!) profit on their stake, which clearly indicates they also think the stock is currently over-priced.
What am I missing?
