In my book this is all pretty important to anyone out there and is definitely price sensitive

P.s there is also nothing wrong with traders! the price of the stock went to 10C when the "traders" were in. We want future investors in this stock and inevitably more action = more eyes = more holders = higher SP

Yes the announcement does all those things but your comment about the timing indicates that by issuing it in the evening, instead of prior to open would discount intelligent market participants from being aware of the WL sale
