I said releasing pre open would be beneficial too, only coming from the point of view that most people scan morning announcements than end of day. Most companies I have worked for want price sensitive announcements done pre open too.
it’s like when you see companies release the more boring, non price sensitive stuff on a Friday after market when no one really cares.
either way, only minor and each to their own.
