Good way to get a nice personal date with asic these days, I wonder who would buy the first drink?. I'm a bit stumped as to how this is better than the $50mil they were previously going earn though that was over a much longer time period. Anyone have any insight or is it nothing more than a discount to close it out quickly / derisk?
