Probably shouldn't sell it, but maybe they have plans for another acquisition. Once settled, GWR should have about $40m cash and $5m in listed assets. Not bad for a company with a market cap of around $28m.
Should see some small sp jump just to narrow the gap but most likely it'll be better reflected in the sp once the sale is bedded down and GWR make it clear what they intend to do with their war chest. They could conceivably give a dividend equal to the sp and still hold $10m cash if they wanted.
