i thought it was a pretty good deal.
curently they were making $4M in proffit per year from this , they just fast tracked almost 10yrs and with any good acquisition as mentioned in previous quaterly they would be loaded in cash which is great.
1 thing is sure is that it shouldnt trade below 10c and it wont for long .
Plus they will still receive a royalties payment .i thought it...
