I note the conditions of the sale of Woodley, ie if they obtain asx listing etc, they are issued x amount of shares an options plus 100k cash. The question is the shares issued in the private company how much value will that become upon listing. My guess is the cash and shares probably sound like about 500k in value pre listing. ?
any thoughts there ?
Looking forward to the drilling resuming in africa that will put a demand back on the shares.
