Ann: Sale Price US$9.975m for BMV JV Interest, page-20

There is plenty of infrastructure in place in both mines too, 100's of kms of tunnels etc.
A US$9.975m valuation (at 90%) of our 50% share of the jv was a lot more than most expected, me included.
I'm hoping for a decent royalty (or NSR) and a hefty chunk of bmv shares. Maybe a token cash component of $1m too.

Will be interesting to see if Bluebird are currently scheming to bring in a mid tier company for the 50% interest they are just about to get from us. Can they do ***ong and kochang justice on their own? I have my doubts.
