at the end of the day , something is only worth what someone is willing to pay.
it appears nobody is willing to pay 13m AUD for the JV interest share for G&K so in practical terms, we can conclude SAU wont get that price.
who cares if some so called expert thinks thats fair value.
SAU need to get on with things, accept a fair and reasonable price, which is likely to be 30% under that figure.
it might also contain part cash part stock.
just move on and focus on exploration, shareholders have been waiting a long time for the SK portfolio to become something.....
