The 13 mil is a contractual obligation under the JV agreement, I would be exceptionally concerned if the said party were to take a 30% discount. It can be a composition of shares/cash (hopefully not cash) and Royalties but that needs to be ironed out properly. If its shares, VWAP is probably the way to go but I can only assume that they would've offered the shares which for BMV have been trading at an all-time high at the time of the announcement. But happy to wait it out. Disclaimer that given that my price on entry was circa. 11c I may not be as dissillusioned as many here.
