Probably by raising more capital. Diluting the share holding as they go. They could do this for another 20 years and still not get to the rediculous number of shares issued in lynas. Wouldn't take much for them to do that and keep the share price on line with lynas would it now. Can't see the share price beyond smashed as hats as lynas either. That would take some real stupid moves to enable that. Wow. Never really appreciated just how bad things must be for share holders of lynas. Sorry about that.
