This is interesting, dividing the contract value by the annual tonnes indicates a selling price just shy of $2,000 per tonne. Currently I think they sell at about $600 per tonne based on the last quarterly. If I understood this correctly its an initial agreement servicing only North America via one of the subsidiaries. The parent company sits in Europe with manufacturing facilities producing the end product (which uses kaolin as a raw material) and servicing pharmacies and patients directly... generating 763 million euro in doing so.... that's a whole lot of medicine

Seems like the sub entity that's sat in Mexico is a drop in the ocean, I noticed in the CEO's blurb he talks about entry into Europe via the head entity which is interesting. Even if Suvo took a small piece of the nicely priced pharmaceutical pie, say 5,000 tonnes a year? @2,000 dollars (not pesos) a pop that's $10 mil in turnover on what 10% of their production? What would that do to their potential earnings

After considering this announcement a bit further I like it! As much as the Mexicans like their white powder
