Just to give you an idea of realistic volumes for AJX, since the 1st July (almost 3 months) on ASX there has been 33mill shares traded. Adding say 20% (optimistic) for ChiX we can estimate approximately 40mill shares. There are 300mill shares so over the 3 months just 13% of total stock has been traded. Taking into account churn/trader factor, the volume of shares is really minimal. I've seen rampy stocks trade 20/30% of total shares in a day. Volumes on AJ are and have always been very low. This indicates not a lot of free shares whichin turn indicates that most long-termers are holding on tight. So, in addition to the broker data which supports the accumulation theory, we also have the share volume. The only major seller is Baker Young but I wouldn't trust them with my worst enemy's money.
