Same outcome as me. I reckon they should just use Couriers Please and AusPost Express depending on what is cheaper. Toll seems to always have issues and I can't see how it would be cheaper than the others.
While I'm not a JBH shareholder I wish the best for the company and I think they have built an incredible business and really at the cutting edge of tech using Shopify to power their site.
